Multiple Listing Service: To facilitate the orderly correlation and dissemination of listing information among participants so that they may better serve their clients and the public. (Refer to MLS rules and regulations-5 Realtor members)

Professional Standards/Grievance: Members of the Professional Standards Committee shall be selected to serve on Hearing Panels as required to hear matters of alleged unethical conduct by Board Members or to provide arbitration as requested. The Professional Standards Committee makes decisions on matters involving ethics or arbitration. *(Must have annual professional standards class and three years experience on grievance committee)

Grievance: To assure members' adherence to high ethical standards. The Grievance Committee receives ethics complaints and arbitration requests to determine if, taken as true on their face, a hearing is to be warranted.

Public Relations: To develop and supervise projects, including newspaper, radio and TV publicity, which will reinforce public awareness of the difference between a REALTOR and a licensee and help create the best possible "public image" of the Board and its members.

Realtor Trademark Protection: To assist and educate members as well as the public, in the proper use of the term, and eliminate misuse.
Risk Management: To develop, implement, educate and monitor risk management issues and programs that will assist in reducing REALTORS legal liability. Assist and oversee board personnel, accounting and legal.
